Leann is an Associate in the Corporate Group. 

Leann has experience advising clients in the maritime, energy and infrastructure sectors on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate advisory matters.

Since joining the firm, she has worked in the firm’s London and Singapore offices.
