Krittiphat has extensive experience advising on a wide range of complex and high‑value dispute resolution matters, representing leading companies and high‑profile individuals, both international and domestic, across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining the Watson Farley & Williams, Krittiphat was a Senior Associate at a leading international law firm.
He is fluent in both Thai and English.
- Advising refinery companies and executives on legal strategies to manage civil and criminal liabilities arising from oil spill incidents and on settlements with affected parties and regulatory issues.
- Representing and advising a leading refinery on complex, high‑value insurance claims for business interruption losses following oil spill incidents and advising the company on structuring claims under D&O, environmental liability and third-party liability policies.
- Advising high-profile individuals and families on succession and family matters, including preparation of wills, prenuptial agreements, divorce agreements, marriage equality matters and estate administration proceedings.
- Representing a global financial institution in a cross-border dispute involving custodianship of shares and offshore bonds.
- Representing foreign structured companies in complex shareholder disputes arising from joint venture and structured loan agreements for real estate investment projects in ASEAN countries and advising the companies on strategies to manage and negotiate these complex disputes.
- Defending several automotive companies and their directors and executives in cases involving criminal tax evasion offence under the Customs Act.
- Advising a global automaker in a trade‑competition investigation concerning alleged unfair trade conduct with business partners; representing the company in civil litigations based on grounds of unfair trade practices under the Trade Competition Act; and representing the company in proceedings seeking revocation of related administrative orders and interim measure orders.
- Representing a leading automotive manufacturer in a high-value customs tariff and tax litigation on the importation of automotive parts under an international treaty with Japan, in proceedings against the Customs Department, the Revenue Department and the Excise Department.
- Representing several multinational manufacturers in customs tariff litigations relating to automotive parts imports against the Customs Department and the Revenue Department.
- Advising a leading international school on administrative regulations applicable to private schools and on potential executive liabilities relating to school management.
