Konstantinos Petrakis

Konstantinos is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Konstantinos specialises in shipping finance, acting for domestic and international banks, financial institutions and shipowning companies. He advises on loan financings in respect of both newbuilding and second-hand vessels, as well as on sale-and-leaseback transactions. He also advises on the sale and purchase of vessels.

Konstantinos is a qualified Greek lawyer and is in the process of qualifying as a solicitor in England & Wales.
