Katerina is a Senior Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Katerina graduated in Law from the University of Munich in 2004 and holds a LL.M. from UCL in International Business Law as well as a Ph.D from the University of Munich in Comparative Private Law.

She joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2020 after 12 years in renowned commercial law firms and as in-house counsel in one of the major Greek systemic banks. She specialises in acquisitions, project transactions, corporate governance, complex real-estate matters in the energy, infrastructure and hospitality sector working with Greek and foreign investors, banks and senior management. She has also been advising and representing clients before Greek Courts on commercial agency and distribution, competition law and banking disputes.

Katerina has written numerous contributions and case-law comments in renowned domestic and international academic publications on contractual and pre-contractual liability and other Greek civil law matters.
