Katerina Maria

Katerina is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Katerina specialises in corporate and structured finance law. She has been involved in corporate and real estate transactions as well as participating in land due diligence projects in the energy sector.

Prior to joining Watson Farley and Williams, she worked as a trainee lawyer at National Bank of Greece where she specialised in NPLs transactions and civil law.

Katerina completed her undergraduate studies in Democritus University of Thrace in 2019 and obtained her LL.M. in Civil Law and Modern Financial Transactions from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2021.

She joined the firm in 2022.
