Jorge Rodríguez Lallana

Jorge is an Associate in the Corporate group.
His main area of practice consists of advising Spanish and foreign clients on corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate dealings and business restructuring.
Jorge also advises companies on their corporate day-to-day matters.
- Advising a leading investment management company on the acquisition of a biogas portfolio composed by two biogas plants.
- Advising Premier Group on the sale of 75% of its share capital in its IPP-Co to KGAL.
- Advising Foresight Group on the sale of a portfolio of 12 solar PV plants operating in Spain and Portugal with a total installed capacity of 54.5 MWp to Infranity, a fund of the Generali Group. The portfolio comprises merchant projects and projects with long-term PPAs.

Su principal área de experiencia es el asesoramiento a clientes españoles e internacionales en operaciones mercantiles, con especial énfasis en fusiones y adquisiciones, operaciones de private equity, así como reestructuraciones empresariales.
Jorge también asesora a empresas en cuestiones mercantiles relacionadas con su día a día.
