Jim is an Associate in the Projects group.
He has experience in secured lending and project finance transactions across a wide range of industries including renewable energy.
Prior to moving to the Singapore office, he completed his training in the Hong Kong office.
Jim is fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
- Advising on a US$136m secured loan from ADB to an electric vehicle company in Vietnam.
- Advising on a US$100m secured loan from ADB to an Indian microfinance borrower, Shriram Transport Finance.
- Advising on the financing of a portfolio of rooftop solar projects in the Philippines.
- Advising on the refinancing of a US$116m loan facility from a syndicate of Korean lenders.
