Jenny is a senior associate in the London projects group.

Jenny specialises in infrastructure and project finance. Her practice includes advising both sponsors and finance providers on acquisitions, development and financings in the infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors. Jenny has experience acting on both bank and private placement debt financings on a broad range of greenfield projects and brownfield infrastructure assets.

Jenny spent 14 months on secondment to the legal division of UK Export Finance, the UK’s export credit agency.
