Jenny Anastasopoulou

Jenny is an Associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.

Jenny specialises in shipping finance, acting for leading banks, financial institutions and ship owning groups on all aspects of ship financing transactions, including cross-border matters.

Her experience includes the preparation of loan documentation (including intercreditor and subordination agreements), the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements for newbuildings and second-hand vessels, as well as the preparation and coordination of escrow arrangements.

Jenny joined the firm in March 2021, after having spent four years with a Piraeus-based international law firm focusing on shipping finance and three years working in the asset and financial services sectors in London.
