Jennie is an Associate in the Assets and Structured Finance group.
Jennie has experience in asset finance matters in the maritime sector and has worked on various cross-border transactions, including ship financing and refinancing, as well as sale-and-leaseback transactions.
Jennie is admitted to practise in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Advising SPDBFL on a US$136m lease financing for eight bulk carriers.
- Advising CMBFL on a US$1.1bn sale and leaseback of five LNG carriers.
- Advising JSFL on a US$75m financing for ten chemical and oil products tankers and four general cargo vessels.
