Jan Babiak serves as a Non Executive Director on our Supervisory Board.
Jan is an experienced non-executive director with a long career advising global organisations on governance, audit, technology risk and sustainability. She spent 28 years with EY, where she held board-level and global P&L roles covering technology security and risk services, public policy and regulation and climate change and sustainability.
Jan brings extensive board experience across listed, private and private-equity-owned companies in the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. Her roles have included chairing audit committees, serving as Senior Independent Director and contributing to board oversight of strategy, digital transformation, cyber security, ESG and succession planning.
Jan serves on the board of the Bank of Montreal, where she sits on the Nomination & Governance Committee and chairs the Audit & Conduct Review Committee. She is also a non-executive director of Boldyn Networks, a global shared network infrastructure provider headquartered in London.
Her previous non executive roles include Walgreens Boots Alliance, Euromoney Institutional Investor (now Delinian), GHD Group, Royal Mail, GlobalLogic and Logica. She has been recognised as a leading board director in the US and UK and has published widely on governance, technology and sustainability.
Jan is a US CPA, British Chartered Accountant (FCA), Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Security Manager. She holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA. She is a dual US/UK citizen and divides her time between London and Nashville.
