Ioanna Sereti

Ioanna is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Ioanna specialises in corporate and finance law with a particular focus on the financing, refinancing and structuring of large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. She has advised both Greek and international clients on major and complex financings and her experience also spans mergers and acquisitions, real estate and corporate matters.

Before joining the firm, Ioanna worked at a leading law firm, where she gained experience in corporate transactions and large-scale project development mandates. She has also served as an in‑house legal advisor to a major manufacturer of cement, concrete, aggregates and industrial minerals in Greece.
