Ioanna Mitsaki

Ioanna is an Associate in the Assets & Structure Finance Group.

Ioanna specialises in the shipping finance sector and represents international leading banks and funds in a variety of domestic and cross-border finance and refinance transactions including debt financings, sale and leaseback transactions and export-credit backed finance transactions involving newbuildings and second-hand vessels.

Her experience also extends to advising owners on memoranda of agreements for the sale and purchase of vessels, shipbuilding contracts and shareholder/joint venture agreements.

Ioanna joined the firm in 2023 after working at an international law firm and a New York-listed shipowning company in Greece. She is qualified to practice law in England and Wales and is fluent in Greek, English and French.
