Hayley Rowcliffe

Hayley is an Associate in the Projects Group.
She specialises in banking and project finance transactions across the energy sector, acting for financial institutions and borrowers on both domestic and international cross-border transactions.
Since joining the firm, Hayley has spent time working in the firm’s London and Dubai offices.
- Advising NatWest and UKEF on a €100m loan to Bristow for the acquisition of five SAR aircraft. This deal won Helicopter Investor’s Most Innovative Deal of the Year 2025.
- Advising Shell Energy Europe Limited on a structured gas and power trading agreement with Evolve Energy Supply Ltd.
- Advising AMPYR Distributed Energy on an innovative £170m debt facility for solar and BESS projects.
