George Karanikolas

George is an Associate in the Project and Structured Finance Group.

George specialises in M&A and finance, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Before joining Watson Farley & Williams, George gained experience at a magic circle law firm in London and a top-tier Greek law firm in Athens, advising international clients on M&A, finance and regulatory matters within the energy industry.

He has obtained an LL.M. in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Queen Mary University of London.
