Gary is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (New York) in the Projects group.

Gary has experience in project finance with particular focus on the Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

Gary has worked closely with Chinese State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), advising them on cross-border investments, acquisitions and infrastructure development projects.

He also has significant experience in capital markets, having advised on several high-value initial public offerings (IPOs), including listings on NASDAQ and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

He is fluent in English and Mandarin.
