Finja specialises in project & structured finance.

After her graduation from the University of Hamburg with a specialization in maritime law, she gained first practical experience in project & structured finance by working for a global law firm during the legal clerkship. Finja completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Celle. After completing her legal clerkship, she continued working for six months at the global law firm as a legal assistant in the areas of project & structured finance as well as litigation.

Finja Schmale ist spezialisiert auf Projekt- und Strukturierte Finanzierungen.

Nach ihrem Abschluss an der Universität Hamburg mit dem Schwerpunkt Maritimes Wirtschaftsrecht sammelte sie erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Projekt- & Strukturierte Finanzierungen im Rahmen des Referendariats in einer internationalen Großkanzlei. Finja Schmale absolvierte ihr Rechtsreferendariat am Oberlandesgericht Celle. Nach Abschluss des Referendariats, arbeitete sie für ein halbes Jahr in der Großkanzlei als Legal Assistant in den Bereichen Projekt- & Strukturierte Finanzierungen sowie der Prozessführung.
