Fanis Krystallis

Fanis is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Fanis specialises in all types of secured and unsecured lending, corporate financings, and asset finance transactions. He acts in the sale and management of non-performing exposures, refinancings, debt restructurings, bond issues and asset securitisations.

Fanis also advises on building and zoning regulations and engages in the drafting and negotiation of infrastructure project documents, including in hospitality and private client real estate agreements

Fanis holds a Degree in Law (Hons), an LL.M. (Hons) in Public Law and an LLM (Hons) in Legal Theory from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago.

He is admitted to the Athens Bar.
