Erifili Milioti

Erifili is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Erifili specialises in project and structured finance, advising on banking and finance transactions across multiple sectors. Her expertise spans project finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance, providing legal support throughout the structuring and execution phases.

She also advises on M&A transactions, legal due diligence processes and corporate matters.

Before Joining WFW, she worked in venture capital and private equity environments, contributing to early-stage investments, fund restructuring and regulatory compliance.

Erifili holds a Law degree and an LL.M. in Financial Regulation from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
