Emma is an associate in the Corporate and Capital Markets Group.
Emma represents companies on public and private securities offerings. She advises companies on Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and ongoing securities law compliance matters.
Emma received a Juris Doctor from BYU Law School, where she graduated cum laude and served as an Executive Editor of the ‘BYU Law Review’.
