Eleni is an Associate in the Firm’s Project and Structured Finance team.
Eleni specialises in corporate, general commercial and contract law as well as in banking and finance law. She has been involved in complex transactions, restructuring and M&A projects. She advices both domestic and international clients on various corporate and regulatory issues and participates in legal due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation.
Before joining Watson Farley and Williams, Eleni has worked at renowned domestic Greek law firm and Big Four firm in London.
Eleni completed her undergraduate studies in the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2015 and obtained an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the University College London (UCL) in 2016. She is also an accredited mediator and international negotiator.
