Eleni is a senior Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.
Eleni specialises in M&A and project transactions with a particular focus on the energy, infrastructure and hospitality sectors.
She advises clients in in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, corporate acquisitions, corporate finance, governance advice and in the drafting and negotiation of transaction agreements.
She has been involved in complex M&A (both buy and sell-side) transactions as well as corporate restructuring projects.
- Advising Wocap S.A., on the successful completion of its pre-seed funding round, which raised a total of €450,000.
- Advising Aer Soléir and 547 Energy and their Greek wind project subsidiaries on the acquisition, financing, development and construction of three new utility-scale wind farms in Greece.
- Advising Howden Hellas on its acquisition of IYC Insurance Brokers PC from the IYC Group.
- Advising Triton Marine’s shareholder on its acquisition by Howden Hellas Group.
- Advising the beneficial owners of construction company Cantreva SA on their sale of 75% of the shares of Unagi S.A. to Motor Oil Renewable Energy.
- Advising Greek companies GEK TERNA SA, Aktor Concessions SA and INTRAKAT their SPV on all agreements for the PPP covering design, construction, financing, and operation of the Hersonissos–Neapoli section of the VOAK project.
- Advising NextEnergy Capital on its first strategic solar and battery storage acquisitions in Greece, totalling 132 MWp of solar PV and 400 MW of standalone battery storage capacity.
- Advising Valorem Group on the project contract negotiation and debt financing of the 27 MW Magoula wind farm project in Kozani, Greece.
- Advising Impax on solar PV joint venture with WATT+VOLT.
- Advising Wattcrop on a solar PV joint venture (“JV”) with Green Investment Group (“GIG”)’s portfolio company Cero Generation.
- Advising Blue Elephant Energy AG on the acquisition of operational solar parks in Greece with a total capacity of 45 MWp from ABO Wind AG.
- Advising Cubico on the acquisition and refinancing of a Greek wind portfolio.
- Advising Cubico on its acquisition of K-Wind, which owns and operates the 21 MW Kitheronas onshore wind farm in central Greece, from Intracom.
