Eleni is a banking and finance lawyer based in Athens and specialises in shipping finance transactions.

Her expertise covers a broad range of international transactions and product types, including financings, restructurings, loan portfolio transfers, and advises banks and financial institutions on all aspects of loan and security documentation.

She also represents major international lenders on superyacht construction and acquisition financings and re-financings.

Eleni also has experience in sale and purchase transactions and other commercial aspects within the maritime and aviation sectors.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Eleni has worked in the firm’s London, Athens and Dubai offices.
