Eleftheria Bitzaraki

Eleftheria Bitzaraki is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Eleftheria specialises in corporate, finance and contract law with a specialisation in construction contracts and infrastructure development in different sectors such as commercial and residential real estate and hospitality. She has drafted construction agreements in both Germany and Greece. She has taken part in due diligence and negotiation for a range of corporate acquisition transactions. She is also a qualified Data Protection Officer.

Before joining Watson Farley and Williams, Eleftheria lived in Germany and worked at a well-known construction company and a renowned German law firm.

Eleftheria completed her undergraduate studies at the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and obtained an MBA in Frankfurt, Germany, while she is also trained as a European Data Protection Officer. Recently, Eleftheria started her new MSc Programme in Finance for Lawyers at the University of Piraeus.
