Dominik is Counsel in the Projects group.
With over a decade of experience in international project development and finance transactions, he brings deep expertise across the full project lifecycle. His advisory work spans structuring, development, hedging, financing, acquisition, divestment and restructuring in respect of the projects across Asia, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
Dominik is fluent in English and Polish.
- Advising Credendo, EIFO, EFA, K-SURE, UKEF, T-EXIM and twelve commercial lenders in relation to US$1.64bn financing of a 50% interest in the Greater Changhua 4 offshore wind project. This project was awarded “Asia Pacific Power Deal of the Year” by Project Finance International.
- Advising La Caisse (formerly known as CDPQ) on all equity, financing and development aspects of its US$2.7bn financing and 50% co-investment in the 605MW Greater Changhua 1 offshore wind project. This project was awarded “Asia Pacific Power Deal of the Year” by IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards.
- Advising Credendo, EDC, EFA, Eksfin, JBIC, NEXI, UKEF and sixteen commercial lenders in relation to the US$3.6bn project financing of the 1,022MW Hai Long offshore wind project. This project was awarded “Asia Pacific Offshore Wind Deal of the Year” by Project Finance International.
- Advising BlackRock Real Assets on the US$328m green loan facility for refinancing of a portfolio of 186MW of assets (including floating solar).
- Advising Asian Development Bank and a consortium of commercial lenders on the financing of the 257MW Phu Yen solar plant in Vietnam.
