Dominic Turner-Harriss

Dominic is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.

Dominic specialises in a wide range of both domestic and international construction and engineering disputes, with experience in all forms of risk management and dispute resolution including litigation and arbitration.

Dominic advises a range of clients including employers, developers, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors, and has particular experience in resolving payment, final account, delay, defective work and termination disputes.

Dominic regularly provides training on legal developments and also contributes to sector publications such as Construction Management, Project Safety Journal and Mondaq.
