Dom Turner-Harriss

Dom is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Group.
He specialises in a wide range of both domestic and international construction and engineering disputes, with experience in all forms of risk management and dispute resolution including adjudication, litigation and arbitration. Dom also has experience in advising clients in the pre-construction stage, including advice regarding contract drafting and commercial negotiations.
Dom advises a range of clients including employers, developers, contractors, consultants and sub-contractors and has particular experience in resolving payment, final account, delay, defective work and termination disputes.
Dom regularly provides training on legal developments and also contributes to sector publications such as Construction Management, Construction Law Magazine, Practical Law and LexisNexis.
