Daniel is an Associate in the Real Estate Group.

Daniel advises on a broad range of non-contentious construction and development matters in the UK and internationally. His experience includes advising developers, contractors, consultants, funders and other project stakeholders on the procurement and delivery of construction projects, particularly in the real estate, hotel and hospitality and infrastructure sectors.

He advises on the negotiation and preparation of construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, guarantees and other project documentation. He supports clients throughout the project lifecycle, helping to manage legal and commercial risk and achieve successful project outcomes.

Daniel contributes to industry thought leadership and construction law articles, including articles published in Construction Law Magazine, on topics ranging from the growing role of alliancing contracts to the evolving approach of the Building Safety Regulator.

Daniel trained at the firm and has worked in both its London and Frankfurt offices, gaining valuable experience advising clients both domestically and internationally.
