Clementine is an Associate in the Corporate group.
She has particular experience in the Energy, Mining and Commodities and Oil and Gas sectors and advises on deals including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances (joint venture arrangements and private equity fundraisings), corporate finance and commercial transactions.
Clementine has also worked in the firm’s Paris and Singapore offices.
- Advising United Oil and Gas on the sale by its subsidiary of its 20% working interest in the Podere Gallina Licence, which contains the Selva Gas Field.
- Advising Sandfire Resources on the AUS$97m sale of its stake in Adriatic Metals plc.
- Advising Leapfrog Investments on its acquisition of a 16.94% stake in Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited.
- Advising Coro Energy on the completion of its acquisition of a 15% stake in Duyung PSC in the West Natuna basin.
- Advising Chaarat Gold Holdings Limited on the acquisition and related financing of Kapan Mining and Processing CJSC.
