Clemmie is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and M&A group.
She has particular experience in the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure sectors with a focus in mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets.
Clemmie has also worked in the firm’s Paris and Singapore offices.
- Advising Celsius Resources Limited on its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and connected fundraising, which was the first AIM IPO in 2023.
- Advising Macquarie Asset Management’s Green Investment Group on the sale of its 170 MW onshore windfarm portfolio held by Nordic Renewable Power Holding – consisting of the 80 MW Buheii and 47 MW Tysvaer projects in Norway and the 43 MW Hornamossen project in Sweden – to Vauban Infrastructure Partners.
- Advising TotalEnergies on its sale of a 25.5% equity stake in the Seagreen offshore wind farm for £522m to PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Thailand’s national oil and gas company PTT.
- Advising Sandfire Resources on the AUS$97m sale of its stake in Adriatic Metals plc.
- Advising Leapfrog Investments on its acquisition of a 16.94% stake in Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited.
