Karolina specialises in Preparation of bilateral and syndicated transactions, including the financing and refinancing of newbuildings and second hand vessels; drafting of loan agreements, supplemental agreements, all security documentation and corporate authorities, including all due diligence; dealing with insurances and legal opinions; coordination and attendance of closing meetings; preparation of mortgage discharges upon repayment or prepayment of loan facilities; dealing with KYC and anti-money laundering matters; advising on Greek law matters, including reviewing and translating Greek mortgages and preparation of Greek law due diligence matters; assisting shipowners in respect of sale and purchase of vessels, deposit and closing arrangement and reviewing escrow agreements.
