Christianna Papageorgiou

Christianna is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Christianna specialises in general commercial and corporate law with an emphasis on energy sector.

She participates in finance projects, M&A transactions, and legal due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation.

Christianna completed her undergraduate studies in the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2017 and obtained a Master’s in Law and Economics from the University of Piraeus in 2022.

Before joining Watson Farley & Williams, Christianna worked as internal Legal Counsel for a significant Greek energy group.
