Chloe is an associatE in the Assets and Structured Finance group.

She works on cross-border and domestic asset-backed finance transactions, primarily in the maritime and aviation sectors for financial institutions, private equity and other investment funds as well as foreign and domestic owners and operators in the international shipping markets.
