Charikleia Mavromati

Charikleia is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance Group.

Charikleia specialises in advising international banks, financial institutions and ship owning groups on cross-border ship financing transactions.

She has experience on debt financing, restructurings, sale and purchase of both newbuilding and second-hand vessels covering the spectrum of the loan preparation to the applicable payment mechanics (including escrow agreements).

Charikleia joined the firm in May 2022 having previously worked for 3 years in a Piraeus-based international law firm focusing on shipping finance.
