Cara Brown

Cara is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team.

Cara focusses her practice on banking and finance, with experience representing banks, sponsors, financial institutions and borrowers across a variety of matters including real estate finance (investment and development), leveraged finance, fund finance and asset-based lending.

She has worked across a number of sectors advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border matters and has handled transactions involving multiple jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, the United States, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Caribbean.

Prior to joining WFW, Cara worked in the London office of a US firm and the banking and finance team of an international firm in the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands.
