Ayşegül Sargın

Ayşegül is a Transaction Lawyer in the Project and Structured Finance Group.

Ayşegül specialises in acquisition finance transactions with an emphasis on energy market-related regulatory matters in Türkiye.

Prior to joining Watson Farley & Williams, Ayşegül gained valuable experience at a prominent law firm with an international client base in Istanbul, predominantly focussing on regulatory aspects of energy law, share transfers and general corporate matters. She later worked at one of Türkiye’s leading telecommunications companies and a central bank, providing legal advice mainly on M&As, and banking and financial instruments, respectively.

Ayşegül is a Turkish law qualified lawyer.
