Anthi is a senior Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.
She specialises in finance and corporate law, particularly in project and structured finance transactions.
She focusses on renewable energy projects and has experience in the financing of large projects, representing both financiers and sponsors.
Anthi also advises clients on corporate law and corporate governance related matters.
Anthi has obtained a law degree from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial law from Queen Mary University of London.
She joined the firm in 2020.
- Advising Aer Soléir and 547 Energy and their Greek wind project subsidiaries on the acquisition, financing, development and construction of three new utility-scale wind farms in Greece.
- Advising the VALOREM Group on the preparation of a legal due diligence report regarding its 6.6 GW European projects portfolio as part of a proposed €200m fund raising on one side and the sale by 3i Infrastructure of its stake in Valorem on the other side.
- Advising Attica Bank S.A. as lead arranger on a €63m term bond loan facility granted to Jasper Wind Hellas S.A. to finance the development and construction of three wind farms with total installed capacity of 41 MW in Laconia in the southern Peloponnese.
- Advising Smart Energies on a €87m fundraising from investors Plenium Partners and SWEN Capital Partners to accelerate the deployment of rooftop, car park and small ground-mounted solar projects in Europe.
- Advising Eurobank S.A. as mandated lead arranger and finance provider on a €315.34m project finance agreement with Enipeas Single-Member SA, a subsidiary of Lightsource bp, for the development of the Enipeas project, one of the largest solar projects in Europe with a nominal capacity of 560 MW.
- Advising BCC Iccrea Bank on a financing to Greek maritime company Nemeca Z Maritime Company for its acquisition of tugs DIONYSIOS Z and STRATOS Z, from Dionysios Z Maritime Company and Stratos Z Maritime Company respectively, both part of the Zouros Group, as well as a number of smaller assets.
- Advising NextEnergy Capital on its first strategic solar and battery storage acquisitions in Greece.
- Advising Valorem Group on the project contract negotiation and debt financing of the 27 MW Magoula wind farm project in Kozani, Greece.
