Ambrose is an Associate in the Financial Markets & Products group.

Ambrose specialises in structured finance and derivative transactions within the firm’s energy, infrastructure and transport sectors.

He advises banks, sponsors and corporates on loan‑linked OTC derivatives as well as on standalone market trades. His work includes negotiating and documenting derivative arrangements and he advises on regulatory matters such as EMIR and related reporting requirements.

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Ambrose worked in a US elite law firm where he primarily advised private equity sponsors on their derivatives arrangements across infrastructure finance, leveraged and real estate finance, including portfolio-level and share class hedging arrangements.

Ambrose holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from King’s College London.

  • Advised on the derivatives aspects for the finance parties of Kinland (a portfolio company of PATRIZIA, an investment manager in global real assets) on the completion of its €900mn debt raise, refinancing certain existing financing arrangements and implementing a long-term common terms infrastructure debt platform (at a previous firm).
