Alkistis is an Associate in the Projects and Structured Finance Group.

Alkistis specialises in project, corporate and export credit finance, as well as M&A, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

She advises sponsors, financial institutions, equity investors, multilaterals and ECAs on a wide range of international and cross-border transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors, including airports, roads, solar, wind and social infrastructure.

Alkistis is qualified as a Solicitor (England and Wales) and as an Attorney at Law in Greece.
