Alice Halpin

Alice is an associate in the London corporate group.

Alice primarily works in the Energy and Maritime sectors with experience of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and general corporate matters.

Alice joined Watson Farley & Williams in 2020 and qualified into the London Corporate group in 2022. She has worked for both the London and Paris offices.
