Alexia Zeriti

Alexia is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance Group.

Alexia specialises in corporate, finance, capital markets and insolvency law. She participates in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, and financings, with a focus on the energy and maritime sectors, drafting and negotiating transaction documents. She also has experience in corporate issues, both corporate governance issues and working on legal due diligence.

Alexia holds a first-class LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, which she completed in 2022, graduating on the top 3% of the class. She also holds an LL.M. in Business Law with a specialisation in Corporate Law and Finance from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she was admitted as top candidate.

Alexia joined WFW in 2021, completed her traineeship at the firm, and qualified as lawyer in 2024. She is now a member of the Piraeus Bar Association.
