Akira Obuchi

Akira is an Associate in the Assets and Structured Finance Group.
Akira is a licensed Japanese lawyer (Bengoshi) and focusses primarily on asset finance transactions with a particular focus on the shipping and aviation sectors. He advises banks, leasing companies, corporate investors and other financial institutions on cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining WFW, Akira worked in a leading Japanese law firm for eight years, including a secondment to the London office of a US law firm, where he had a broad range of experience in energy, infrastructure, real estate and finance transactions.

大渕哲は、東京オフィスにおけるアセット&ストラクチャードファイナンスグループのアソシエイトです。
大渕は、日本における弁護士資格を有しており、主に船舶や航空機分野についてのアセットファイナンス分野に注力しています。彼は、銀行、リース会社、投資家となる事業会社やその他の金融機関等にクロスボーダー取引についてのアドバイスを提供します。
当事務所に入所する前、彼は、米系法律事務所のロンドンオフィスへの出向も含め、最大手の国内事務所の一つで8年間勤務しており、その間エネルギー、ファイナンス、不動産を含む幅広い案件に従事してきました。
