Aditya is an Associate in the Projects Group.
Aditya specialises in banking and project finance transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
His experience includes project financings, holdco and platform financings, reserve-based lending, export credit-supported finance and debt restructurings across the UK, Europe and Africa.
Aditya acts for banks and other financial institutions. Since joining the firm, he has worked in the firm’s London and Paris offices.
- Advising senior lenders on Low Carbon’s US$684m capital refinancing, concurrent with CVC DIF’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company.
- Advising lenders on the £245m financing of Matrix Renewables’ 500 MW Eccles BESS project in Scotland.
- Advising Eliance on the refinancing of its existing group debt and an additional facility for capex and growth.
- Advising a consortium of investors on a €200m subordinated financing granted to RAILPOOL to support its continued growth.
