We held a breakfast seminar at our Milan office on ‘Tolling Agreements for Storage: from the Model to the Critical Clauses’ on Thursday 11 December 2025.
The session explored the legal and pricing aspects relating to the main contractual provisions for the allocation of risks and responsibilities between the parties in a BESS tolling agreement in Italy.
