‘Energy Insights Webinar Series’ – In conversation with… Professor Dieter Helm

The Energy sector is undergoing a period of change, reflection and criticism. Though with a focus on carbon neutrality, renewable energy and climate change policy there is also a lot to be optimistic about.

Stepping away from slides, charts and numbers, we have invited key figures and agents of change in the sector to join us for a relaxed and open conversation about what they see as the main priorities for the energy industry to focus on to sustain momentum and impact in the coming years. Each event will be delivered as a 45 minute Q&A, with introductions provided by WFW Co-Heads of Energy, Henry Stewart and Malte Jordan.

We invite you to sit back, make yourself a drink and join us for this exclusive, engaging and inspiring event series.

Professor Dieter Helm

Professor Dieter Helm is an Official Fellow in Economics at New College, Oxford and Professor of Economic policy at the University of Oxford. He is Chair of the Natural Capital Committee. Pulling from the key themes of his new book ‘Net Zero: How We Stop Causing Climate Change’ we will ask Dieter about the ideas presented, and what actions we can take as individuals and businesses.
