Watson Farley & Williams (“WFW”) has advised Navigazione Montanari S.p.A. (“Navigazione Montanari”) on the sale of M/n “Valle di Andalusia” for c. US$6.6m.
In December 2020, Navigazione Montanari sold her sister vessels, the “Valle di Aragona” and “Valle di Siviglia”, in order to rejuvenate its fleet following the recent purchase of the M/ns “Valle Luna” and “Valle Sole”.
The “Valle di Andalusia”, which was previously used to transport oil products, was built in South Korea in 2001 at the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard Co. Ltd.
Founded in 1889, the Navigazione Montanari Group specialises in shipping products for the oil and petrochemical sectors and counts among its clientele the leading operators in those sectors.
