Thomas is an Associate in the Assets & Structured Finance group.

Thomas has experience in a variety of loan finance transactions, including bilateral and syndicated loans.

Prior to joining the firm, Thomas also received training in relation to listed companies transactions, mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, real estate and other commercial and regulatory matters. He is admitted in Hong Kong.

He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
