Tereza is an Associate in the Project & Structured Finance group.

She specialises in corporate, maritime, banking and finance, in particular project and structured finance.

Tereza advises on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate, structured and project transactions, specialising in finance, corporate, real estate & hospitality projects, including banking & capital markets.

She completed her traineeship at the firm, qualified in 2019 and rejoined WFW in 2021.

Tereza graduated from the Law School of the University of Athens in 2018, after having obtained a Diploma in International Economic Law from the University of Barcelona in 2016 and a Diploma in International Trade, Economics and Shipping Principles from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers in 2017. She obtained an LL.M. in International Shipping Law with Distinction from Queen Mary University of London in 2020.
