Sarah is a Senior Associate in the London Corporate group.
Sarah specialises in a broad range of corporate work with particular experience in the natural resources sector.
She advises on deals including strategic alliances (joint venture arrangements and private equity fundraisings), mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and commercial transactions.
Sarah has also worked in the firm’s Singapore office.
- Advising Macquarie Asset Management’s Green Investment Group on the sale of its 170 MW onshore windfarm portfolio held by Nordic Renewable Power Holding – consisting of the 80 MW Buheii and 47 MW Tysvaer projects in Norway and the 43 MW Hornamossen project in Sweden –to Vauban Infrastructure Partners.
- Advising OTE PLC on the update of its €6.5bn global medium term note programme listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
- Advising a syndicate of banks on a US$1.5bn Reserve-Based Lending Facility to Chrysaor for the acquisition of a portfolio of UK North Sea assets from Royal Dutch Shell.
- Advising Burbo Extension Ltd, a consortium of Ørsted A/S (previously DONG Energy A/S) on the sale of £193m assets to Diamond Transmission Partners BBE Limited pursuant to the OFTO regime.
- Advising OMV AG and OMV Exploration & Production GmbH on the sale of OMV (U.K.) Ltd to Siccar Point Energy for a consideration of up to US$1bn.
