She has extensive experience of drafting employment contracts, policies, procedures and handbooks; advising on workplace grievances, disciplinaries and disputes; negotiating exits and related settlement agreements; advising on restructurings and redundancies; employment law claims and process as well as internal investigations; TUPE and outsourcings; IR35; Modern Slavery and Good Work Plan.
She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
