Phil is a Senior Associate in the Maritime Group.

Phil is a transactional maritime lawyer with a focus on structured/asset finance, shipbuilding contracts, 2nd hand sale & purchase, bareboat and time charters, pooling arrangements, management agreements and various other commercial shipping matters.

Phil trained at WFW and has worked in the firm’s London, Hamburg and Singapore offices. He also has experience working at a major tanker owner/operator and the LNG-focused subsidiary of a major Japanese shipping conglomerate.
